What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps)
- Fabricate and install ductwork systems
- Ensure proper system performance, startup, and basic balancing
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Communicate with customers and deliver a great experience
- Lead jobs and guide helpers when needed
What We're Looking For
- HVAC install experience (able to run a job or work with a helper)
- Strong knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and system installs
- Experience with furnaces, heat pumps, and refrigerant systems
- Familiar with low voltage wiring and local codes
- Ability to train or lead others on job sites
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset and good communication skills
- Willingness to obtain/maintain NATE certifications
