We have an immediate opening for an Experienced HVAC Installer who is a self-starter, driven, and ready to deliver high-quality installations.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional overtime as needed)

Position Summary: Responsible for installing residential and light commercial air conditioning systems to the highest company standards while providing customers with an outstanding experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience installing air conditioning units
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Proficient in HVAC ductwork design, fabrication, and installation
• Strong knowledge of tools, testing devices, and job site safety
• General knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems
• Ability to test and balance systems
• Thorough understanding of residential and light commercial codes
• EPA Certification
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to consult on issues and provide beneficial solutions
• Willingness to invest in personal tools and continue developing skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working on communicating / inverter systems is a plus
