You'll be responsible for replacing existing equipment, installing new systems, and ensuring every installation is completed correctly the first time.We're looking for installers who are confident working independently or alongside a crew and have experience installing packaged units, split systems, air handlers, furnaces, condensers, and related HVAC equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall residential and commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units and split systemsInstall furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, evaporator coils, ductwork, and related equipmentReplace existing HVAC systems and complete new construction installations as assignedEnsure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirementsPerform system start-up, testing, charging, and operational verificationRead installation layouts, equipment specifications, and job documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsiteCommunicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team membersSafely operate tools, equipment, and company vehiclesMaintain accurate paperwork and job documentationWhat We're Looking For3+ years of residential, commercial, or mixed HVAC installation experience preferredExperience installing packaged HVAC units and split systems is requiredExperience with heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and duct systemsEPA Certification preferredAbility to read installation plans and equipment specificationsStrong troubleshooting and installation skillsCommitment to quality workmanship and safetyValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordProfessional attitude with strong communication and customer service skillsDependable, motivated, and team-orientedReady to Join Spectrum AC?If you're an experienced HVAC installer who takes pride in quality work and enjoys installing residential and commercial systems, we'd love to hear from you.
