Experienced HVAC Installer - Residential

Position Overview

We're hiring a motivated HVAC Installer to join our team installing boilers, furnaces, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. Prefer to get things done and not 'sell'...this could be for you!

This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow. While you do need to be able to lead an install job day 1, we don't need 10+ years of experience—we're looking for someone smart, hands-on, and ready to take ownership.

What You'll Do

• Install boilers, furnaces, tankless and AC systems in residential settings
• Assist with system layout, setup, and start-up
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and adjust as needed
• Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Continue learning and developing your technical skills

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in HVAC installation work
• Self-starter with a take-charge attitude
• Problem-solver who can think on their feet
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license

Required

• Boiler install experience
• Cooling/heat pumps install experience (preferred)
