Compensation & Schedule

• Level 1 (1-2 years exp): $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
• Level 2 (2-4 years exp): $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Level 3 (4+ years exp): $28.50 - $34.00 per hour
• Level 4-5 (Senior/Lead Installers): $34.00 - $41.00 per hour
• Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (occasional overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC installations according to Danco's standards of excellence
• Install new HVAC systems following manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges as they arise

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• NATE Certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire)
• EPA Certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
