$30-$40/hr + spiffs (typically $70K - 100K yearly) | No Long Drives | Flexible On-Call

We're growing and looking for an experienced Residential Service Technician who wants strong pay, a tight service area, and flexibility around on-call. No on-call is an option, negotiable.

Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Optional on-call rotation (flexible based on your preference)
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Provide top-tier customer experience and clear communication
- Perform maintenance and system evaluations to company standards
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (required)
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Professional communication and customer service
- Must have your own hand tools
