You'll ensure each project is executed to Spectrum AC standards, meets submitted engineering requirements, and stays on schedule. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused - expect to be in the field daily, managing and assisting in installations.Compensation: Starting at $27 an hour or more, based on knowledge and experienceSchedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend or on-call work, depending on project needsKey Responsibilities:Lead a crew performing up to 8 rooftop condenser installations per day.Oversee installation of condenser stands, copper piping, whips, disconnects, and full condenser reinstallation.Ensure all work complies with Spectrum AC quality standards and project engineering specs.Maintain communication with project managers and other stakeholders.Ensure safe, clean, and efficient work practices at all times.Job Requirements:Valid licenseStrong organizational skills Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experienceStrong leadership and team coordination skillsProficient in soldering, installing disconnects, diagnosing, and starting up HVAC unitsBasic electrical knowledge requiredReady to lead and grow with a company that values craftsmanship, commitment, and career development?
