A/D Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service & Repair Technician to join our rapidly growing team.

We've been serving Southern California since 1980, but this isn't business as usual.

A/D is under new ownership and management, and we're making significant investments to modernize and grow the company.

That creates an opportunity for the right technician to join us while we're growing—not after all the seats are already filled.

We're Looking for a Technician Who Can:

✔ Diagnose HVAC problems correctly the first time
✔ Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration and airflow issues
✔ Repair and maintain residential heating and cooling equipment
✔ Communicate confidently and professionally with homeowners
✔ Explain repair versus replacement options clearly
✔ Identify legitimate opportunities to improve customers' comfort
✔ Use ServiceTitan to document calls and present options
✔ Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer service
✔ Work independently while being accountable to the team

Experience with air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, thermostats and controls is preferred.

Experience

3+ years of HVAC service and repair experience preferred.

EPA certification and a valid driver's license are preferred/required where applicable. Candidates must be capable of performing the physical requirements of field HVAC service.

Some evening, weekend and after-hours availability will be required.
