Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (On-call rotation required; occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed)

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Deliver professional, high-quality service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and communicate solutions clearly to customers
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain within first year)
- Own set of professional hand tools
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal HVAC training program completion
- Universal EPA Certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
