Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (On-call rotation required; occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed)

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Deliver professional, high-quality service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and communicate solutions clearly to customers

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain within first year)
• Own set of professional hand tools
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal HVAC training program completion
• Universal EPA Certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
