Job Duties:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide honest recommendations
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call
- Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HVAC experience preferred (mechanical background considered)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read wiring diagrams
- Understanding of airflow, air balancing, and system performance
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
- NATE Certification a plus (we'll help you get it)
