What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Recommend repair and replacement solutions based on customer needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit
• Troubleshoot a wide range of heating and cooling equipment
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Participate in an on-call rotation and support the team when needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to obtain NATE Certification within one year
• Leadership mindset and ability to take ownership of service calls

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification
• Refrigeration experience (helpful but not required)
• Personal HVAC service tools

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
