What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
• Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify solutions
• Maintain accurate service documentation and job records

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Knowledge of HVAC controls, equipment, and repair procedures
• EPA Certification preferred
• Experience using HVAC meters, tools, and testing equipment
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
