What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify solutions
- Maintain accurate service documentation and job records

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of HVAC controls, equipment, and repair procedures
- EPA Certification preferred
- Experience using HVAC meters, tools, and testing equipment
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
