You should have prior experience as an HVAC technician, hold an EPA certification, and be a team player who is also comfortable working independently. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high-quality work are essential.

Competitive Pay [$24–$45/hr DOE (Depending On Experience)] 

+ Commissions + Overtime + Weekly Pay
