Pay: $22 - $30 per hour
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am - 4pm

As an experienced HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering quality service and installations that keep customers comfortable and satisfied. You'll work closely with your team to ensure every job meets high standards of professionalism and accuracy.

What You'll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for:



• Performing all aspects of HVAC installation and service
• Applying your HVAC skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair systems
• Establishing strong rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Supporting lead technicians by maintaining organized job sites and well-stocked trucks
• Participating actively in training and skill enhancement activities
• Completing accurate and timely paperwork for each job

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 1 to 5 years of technician experience in HVAC
  • Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High integrity and ability to build strong connections with customers
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and positive attitude
  • Reliable, with a clean driving record and valid Oregon Driver’s License
  • Some basic tools of the trade
  • EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain support from the company)
