What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Service residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment
• Conduct HVAC performance testing using diagnostic tools
• Communicate repair recommendations and solutions with customers
• Maintain daily service schedules and appointments
• Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
• Recommend maintenance agreements and additional services when appropriate
• Deliver professional customer service on every call

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HVAC technician experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• HVAC certification or trade school training preferred
• Experience with HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
