Pay Scale: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 annualy (DOE) + Spiffs and Commissions.

The Experienced HVAC Service Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on residential heating and cooling systems. You will serve as a technical expert and brand ambassador, ensuring every customer receives a high-quality experience through technical excellence and clear communication.
Maintain and service residential HVAC systems according to company and industry standards.
Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues; make informed "repair vs. replace" recommendations.
Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Maintain a safe worksite, including the proper operation of scissor and genie lifts.
Apply knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing principles to optimize system performance.
Required:
High school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.
Proficiency in troubleshooting a wide range of residential equipment.
Strong leadership potential and a willingness to take on responsibility.
Advanced customer service and communication skills.
Ability to obtain a low-voltage license within two years of hire.
Preferred (The Ideal Candidate):
3+ years of professional HVAC experience.
Universal EPA Certification and NATE Certification.
Certificate of completion from a recognized HVAC Technical School.
Insurable driving record and a full personal toolset.
