SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their growing team in Roseto, PA! Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Install and service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related HVAC issues
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations
• Complete service documentation, work orders, and maintenance records accurately
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety codes and industry standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician (residential and/or commercial)
• EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification required
• Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
