What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Install new HVAC equipment and components when needed
- Troubleshoot complex issues quickly and provide clear solutions to customers
- Complete accurate service reports and maintain professional communication with clients and the team
- Uphold the highest safety standards and represent our commitment to excellence
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an HVAC service technician (residential and/or commercial)
- EPA 608 Certification (NATE certification a plus)
- Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions
- Strong troubleshooting, customer-service, and time-management skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to doing the job right the first time
