This role emphasizes technical problem-solving, customer communication, and continuous skill development. You'll also have opportunities to mentor less experienced technicians and contribute to maintaining high service standards across the team.ScheduleFull-time, 40+ hours per weekMonday through Friday, with occasional overtime as neededParticipation in a bi-monthly on-call rotationKey ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumpsPerform routine maintenance and system inspectionsClearly communicate findings and recommendations to customersEnsure all service work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standardsTroubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and airflow-related issuesMaintain accurate service records and documentationSupport and mentor junior technicians as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environmentRepresent the company with professionalism and excellent customer serviceWhat We're Looking ForMinimum two years of HVAC service experienceEPA certification requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong understanding of HVAC systems, including refrigerant, gas, and electric componentsProven troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsKnowledge of low-voltage controls and system operationStrong attention to safety, detail, and quality workmanshipExcellent communication and customer service skillsWillingness to continue learning and growing professionallyCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
