Job Summary:
Perform first class, customer focused HVAC service for our Central NJ customers. Sharing stress and load with our team of dedicated long-term technicians.

· We are looking for a candidate who will interact in an energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate manner
· Candidates who understand the fear and frustration of a customer in need and project empathy and an I’ll HELP YOU vibe.
· Candidates with excellent knowledge of and ability to service heating systems.
· Air Conditioning Skills and certifications favored.
· Pleasant phone mannerisms and competent technology skills important.
· Bilingual ability will be favorably considered.
· Successful candidates will work in a team environment with great cohesion – Contrarians need not apply.
