Description for Industrial Electrician:
- Identify, isolate, and troubleshoot performance issues inside complicated electrical grids and automated systems.
- Execute routine electrical repairs and preventative maintenance (PM) logs across heavy mill machinery.
- Utilize a wide variety of commercial hand tools, high-voltage multimeters, and diagnostic equipment safely.
- Read, interpret, and cross-reference complex electrical schematics and blueprints to map out safe repair tracks.
- Calibrate machinery parameters, troubleshoot automated relays, and resolve wiring discrepancies cleanly.
- Adhere strictly to high-voltage plant safety protocols including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) regulations.

- Pay Rate: $40.63/hr base + $1.50/hr shift differential (Earn an elite $42.13 / hour!).
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | Swing Shift hours (Full-Time).
- Location: Morton, WA layout.

Requirements for Industrial Electrician:
- Prior verifiable experience working specifically as an industrial electrician or plant automation technician.
- Highly Preferred: Direct background managing electrical arrays inside a lumber mill or heavy timber plant environment.
- Demonstrated mastery performing technical repair work, electrical troubleshooting, and preventative system logs.
- Full blueprint literacy with the capability to read and interpret wiring schematics independently.
- Physical capability to handle heavy industrial labor, stand all shift, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation.
