For over 30 years, we’ve built our reputation on reliability, clarity, and exceptional service — and now we’re looking for a customer‐focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Torrance team.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from police departments and public‐safety agencies
- Personally greet and assist Police Officers in our Torrance showroom.
- Provide product information and guide customers toward the right communication solutions
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records
- Support agencies with product questions, compatibility details, and order updates
- Follow up with warm leads, returning customers, and agencies outfitting new motor units
- Coordinate with production and technical staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Build long‐term relationships with departments and motor officers who rely on our equipment
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, and/or account support
- Comfortable learning technical product details (we’ll train you)
- Clear, friendly, and confident communication style
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once
- A service‐oriented mindset — you enjoy helping people get what they need
- Bonus: Experience with law enforcement, radio communications, or technical products
