Dependable Life Solutions is looking for a motivated In-Home Insurance Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified prospects and guide them through the insurance buying process. This role is ideal for someone who is confident presenting insurance solutions, comfortable handling objections, and experienced in closing sales.

About the Role

As an In-Home Insurance Sales Representative, you will meet with scheduled, pre-qualified prospects in their homes. You'll learn about their needs, explain available insurance options, answer questions, and help them make informed decisions.

You'll manage the conversation from consultation through application while providing a professional and positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified prospects at scheduled in-home appointments
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
• Ask questions to understand clients' insurance needs and goals
• Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
• Provide personalized recommendations based on each client's needs
• Address questions and objections professionally
• Guide clients through the application and purchasing process
• Follow up with prospects when needed
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable insurance guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Current Life and Health Insurance license — required
• Previous experience in insurance sales or another closing-focused sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable conducting face-to-face sales consultations
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
• Confident presenting products and handling customer questions and objections
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional, customer-focused approach

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle for traveling to client appointments
• Mobile device with active cellular data
• Current Life and Health Insurance license

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Earnings are based on individual sales performance.

Top-performing representatives may earn approximately $80,000–$500,000 annually. Actual earnings will vary based on sales activity, performance, and other factors.
