The Jamison Agency is growing, and were looking for an experienced in-office sales agent to join our Cedar Park or Georgetown team.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $130000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance policies to new and existing customers
• Create a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Explain coverage options and sell based on value, not just price
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet monthly goals
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and service
• Be a strong part of a team that works together to grow

• Active Texas P&C license (or willing to become licensed in Texas)
• Previous insurance sales experience required no entry-level or unlicensed candidates
• Ability to multitask, follow up, and follow through
• Confident and motivated personality
• Intermediate computer skills
