We're a well-established local Allstate agency with a strong book of business, a supportive team, and a real commitment to growing the people we hire. We're looking for a licensed P&C and/ or Life professional to step into a key sales and service role on our team.

What You'll Do- Quote, sell, and bind new policies (auto, home, life, and bundled products)
- Build and manage your own pipeline through agency-provided leads, referrals, and follow-ups
- Deliver the kind of service that earns five-star reviews and word-of-mouth referrals
- Represent the agency in the community as a trusted insurance advisor
What We're Looking For- Active Property & Casualty license and/or Life license required
- Life license required within 30 days of hire (we'll support you through the process if needed)
- 1+ years in insurance sales or account management preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and coachable — you want to grow, and you're willing to put in the work!
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with quoting systems, CRM tools, and a fast-paced day
- A team player who shows up, follows through, and takes pride in the work
