Experienced Internal Healthcare Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and resourceful Healthcare Recruiter to join our internal HR team and help scale our hiring efforts. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top healthcare talent—including nurses, nurse practitioners, caregivers, and support staff—to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of healthcare roles, excellent networking skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the recruitment process while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with job qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and track metrics in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to support long-term retention.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (healthcare recruitment strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with clinical and administrative healthcare roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
