This contract role is perfect for individuals who enjoy structured processes, technical troubleshooting, and working behind the scenes to keep systems running seamlessly. Bonus if you've worked in a healthcare setting—but it's not required.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage computer assets using inventory tools
- Deploy new computer systems and software efficiently
- Perform imaging and user data/settings migration
- Communicate issues and updates to client leadership
- Provide hardware and software support—onsite, remotely, and over the phone
- Recommend improvements and streamline system operations
- Log and resolve user technical support tickets
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience with PC deployment and servicing
- A+ Certification (or equivalent)
- Skilled in Excel and asset management software
- Hands-on experience with imaging, migrations, and application installations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Effective communicator and team player
- Problem-solver with a professional and positive attitude
