Position: Landscape Crew Leader / Driver

#128205; Location: Land O Lakes, FL
#128178; Pay: Starting at $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
#128338; Full-time positions available

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for safely transporting crew and equipment to job sites, leading a small team, and ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles and trucks with trailers to transport crew and equipment
• Lead and supervise a landscape crew on daily job assignments
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
• Communicate job expectations and provide on-site direction to team members
• Perform landscape maintenance and installation tasks (mowing, edging, planting, mulching, etc.)
• Conduct daily vehicle and trailer inspections
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, or needs

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
Proven experience driving trucks and pulling trailers (required)
Prior experience leading or supervising a crew (required)

Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and/or installation

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience with commercial landscaping equipment
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices
