Bluecrest Lawn & Landscape is hiring an experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead installation crews in the Orlando/Apopka area.
We are looking for someone who knows landscaping inside and out—not someone we have to train from scratch.
The right candidate can lead a crew, read landscape plans, keep jobs moving, and deliver high-quality work every day.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a landscaping installation crew.
- Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, rock, and drainage systems.
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, trailers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Read landscape designs and ensure projects are completed correctly.
- Train and supervise crew members.
- Communicate with management and customers professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional landscaping experience.
- Previous experience leading a landscaping crew.
- Experience operating landscaping equipment.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather.
- Dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in quality work.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $170–$220 per day (based on experience).
