Dakota Bodies is seeking experienced Laser Operators to join our growing team! Business is booming and we are looking for the best of the best to keep our team growing and improving! We build each of our products from a raw piece of material to a finished product built to order for our customers. Experience operating a machine such as a CO2 Laser, Plas, 4K and 8K Fiber are highly sought!
Job Description:
Adhering to all Safety Standards set by the Company
Reading and understanding blueprints and mechanical drawings
Knowledge/use of appropriate tools to keep machines in operation
Attention to detail; adherence to all standards of quality and safety
Addressing machine malfunctions in an efficient and expedited manner
Chart machine performance and administer routine checks/maintenance
Ensuring that projects are implemented/completed according to timelines
Plan the sequences of operation to achieve optimal precision and tolerances
Preparing raw materials for production

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior experience preferred; on-site presence is mandatory.
Candidates should be comfortable performing routine lifting and handling tasks as needed during setup and operation, with occasional lifting of parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
Additional Information:
Must be able to operate equipment such as presses, hoists, and measuring devices.
This on-site role requires mandatory overtime as per production demands.
Dress code includes safety work boots, safety glasses, and appropriate workwear; no casual attire allowed.
