Experienced Laser Technician

Starflex is currently seeking an experienced Laser Operator to join our growing fabrication team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual with experience operating CNC laser equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Experience with Amada laser systems is preferred, but not required. Candidates with experience on other laser platforms are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Load and unload material safely and efficiently
• Verify part quality and dimensional accuracy
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain production flow and meet daily production goals
• Work closely with production and quality teams

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating CNC laser equipment required
• Amada experience preferred
• Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good work ethic and attendance are a must
• Forklift experience is a plus
