We're looking for experienced, passionate lash stylists to join our luxury salon in Cranford, NJ.


What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension services while maintaining Lure Lash standards.
  
  
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  
  
• Educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations.
  
  
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team of beauty professionals.
  
  
• Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
  
  
• Deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of professional lash extension experience preferred.
  
  
• Existing clientele is a plus but not required.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and passion for quality work.
  
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
  
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
  
  
• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in New Jersey (or eligible to obtain licensure).
