Position Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee and perform residential remodeling projects. This role is responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring work meets quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and home additions
• Supervise carpenters and coordinate subcontractors on job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
• Perform framing, finish carpentry, trim work, and cabinetry installation
• Coordinate materials and schedules with project managers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and subcontractors
• Utilize construction management software (Buildertrend or similar; training provided)

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience
• Proven experience leading crews or managing job sites
• Strong knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, and residential construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
• Experience with construction management software preferred
