Part-Time Leasing Office Associate

Location: Overland park, KS

Schedule: Part-Time

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Office Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping prospective residents find their next home.

Current Schedule

• Friday
• Saturday
• Monday
• Tuesday

Future availability on Sundays is highly preferred, as scheduling needs may expand.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents
• Conduct apartment tours and answer leasing inquiries
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in traffic
• Assist with lease applications and resident paperwork
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records
• Support resident retention and customer service initiatives
• Help keep the leasing office and model units presentable and tour-ready

Qualifications

• Leasing experience is preferred but not required
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Experience with RealPage systems is preferred
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable and dependable with strong organizational skills
