The HOA Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of a homeownerâs association (HOA) community. This role works closely with the HOA Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors to ensure the community is well maintained, financially stable, and compliant with governing documents and applicable laws.
Community Association Managers must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida.
