Join Our Surgical Team: Licensed Veterinary Technician
Katy, TX | Full-Time | $20–$24/hr


The Faith Babirye Veterinary Surgery & Diagnostics Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician with 3+ years of experience to join our surgical team.


We are a surgery-focused practice providing orthopedic procedures including TPLO, fracture repair, advanced soft tissue surgery, and diagnostic imaging such as CT, digital radiography, and C-arm fluoroscopy. Our team works in a structured, supportive environment where technicians play a key role in patient care and surgical success.

What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed Veterinary Technician with 3+ years of clinical experience
• Reliable, ethical, and self-motivated team player
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable with anesthesia monitoring, surgery, venipuncture, and diagnostics
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout the workday
• Interest in a long-term position with growth opportunities


Responsibilities:
• Assist in orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries
• Surgical preparation including IV catheter placement, intubation, clipping, and scrubbing
• Maintain sterile surgical technique
• Monitor anesthesia during procedures
• Assist with CT scans, radiographs, and fluoroscopy
• Provide post-operative care and recovery monitoring
• Perform lab work, administer medications, and manage IV fluids
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient care documentation
