RANCHER. BUTCHER. CHEF. (RBC)is a ranch inspired butcher counter, dining room and bar that opened August '22 in the NW Crossing neighborhood of Bend.
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience as a LINE/PREP COOK, must have working knowledge of a professional kitchen, food preparation, use of knives and specialized kitchen tools.
- Must have the ability to work, grow and contribute the brand RBC.
- The LINE/PREP COOK contributes to the mission and success of RBC by personalizing and providing outstanding guest service while creating and executing excellent food, cost effectively. The LINE/PREP COOK provides prompt and courteous meal service to all guests, creating a positive first and last impression. At all times, the LINE/PREP COOK is expected to be aware of the variety of demands on the kitchen and support the kitchen team s ability to meet those demands. The food service provided is consistently of high quality, done professionally, and timely.
- The selected LINE/PREP COOK will be passionate about food and service and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have the food preparation knowledge, be able to excel in a team environment and have previous experience working as a LINE/PREP COOK in a full service, first class restaurant setting.
- This is a full time hourly position that will be paid a fair wage depending on experience and is also a tip pooled position.
