We are looking for a reliable, experienced Line Cook to join our team at the yacht club, working alongside Chef Victor in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
This position is ideal for someone confident on the sauté station who can also take ownership of closing the kitchen at the end of service.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items on the sauté station with consistency and speed
Work directly with Chef Victor to ensure smooth service
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout the shift
Properly close down the kitchen, including cleaning, food storage, and prep for the next day
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with prep and other stations as needed
Qualifications:
Previous line cook experience required (sauté experience strongly preferred)
Ability to work independently and stay focused during busy service
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Team player with a positive attitude
