What You'll Do:

• Execute dinner service with precision and consistency
  
• Prepare Northern Italian inspired dishes with attention to detail and technique
  
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain quality and timing
  
• Source and prep seasonal, local ingredients
  
• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow food safety standards
  
• Take ownership of your station and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
