Experienced Low Voltage Security Technician

We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Security Service Technician to join and grow with our family-owned business. This is a hands-on position working with commercial security and life-safety systems, including CCTV, burglar alarm, access control, and fire alarm systems.

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. Training is available for the right candidate, and compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial low-voltage security systems
• Work hands-on with CCTV/video surveillance, burglar alarm, access control, and fire alarm systems
• Diagnose system issues and perform repairs and preventative maintenance
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide quality service
• Travel to customer locations throughout New England
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience with low-voltage security systems preferred
• Experience with CCTV, burglar alarm, access control, and/or fire alarm systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites
• Physically able to use a ladder and/or a lift
• Willingness to travel throughout New England on a daily basis
