Job Responsibilities:
Diagnosis, troubleshoot, and make necessary repairs. Included but not limited to engines, chassis, axels, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
Perform scheduled & preventative maintenance on Ducks and fleet vehicles.
Conducts failure analysis, repairs, and components correctly. Included but not limited to differentials, transfer cases, and axles.
Conduct overhauls as needed during off-season
Perform service calls for emergency breakdowns during peak season
Work with Drivers on vehicle concerns and outstanding maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years hands on experience (diesel engines/heavy equipment preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability and comfortability to work on 6ft/8ft ladders
The drive and willingness to learn and grow within Boston Duck Tours
Valid Drivers License
CDL preferred, not required. (Additional $1.50 p/hr.)
Welding knowledge preferred, not required (Additional $1.50 p/hr.)
Due to the safety sensitive nature of this position, employees must meet DOT/FMCSA requirements (including pre-employment and random drug & alcohol testing)
Pay:
$33.00 - $40.00 based on experience
$4,000 Sign-On and Retention Bonus

Sunday – Wednesday 11:00am – 9:00pm
Wednesday – Saturday: 11:00am – 9:00pm
