At Pierce Manufacturing, our team members build fire and emergency vehicles that help protect communities around the world. We're looking for experienced manufacturing professionals who are ready to put their skills to work building highly customized, complex fire apparatus.
As an Advanced Assembler, you'll use your manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, blueprint-reading skills, and knowledge of hand and power tools to perform complex assembly work while maintaining our high standards for safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

What You Can Expect at Pierce
Competitive starting pay of $23.45/hour, with pay based on experience and education
Additional $2.00/hour premium for 2nd shift

Shift Overview
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, four 10-hour days. Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays.
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, four 10-hour days, plus a $2.00/hour shift premium. Overtime may be scheduled at the end of the shift and on Fridays and Saturdays.
Specific shift times and overtime requirements vary by position, department, and location.
What You'll Do
As an Advanced Assembler, you'll perform skilled assembly work on complex components and systems used in the manufacturing of Pierce fire apparatus.
