About the Role:
Join Vivid Mortgages Inc as an Experienced Mortgage Loan Processor in Queens Village, NY, where you will play a vital role in our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in mortgage processing to help clients achieve their homeownership dreams.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze loan applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to facilitate the loan process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting approval.
- Maintain communication with all parties throughout the loan process.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during processing.
- Utilize mortgage processing software to track loan status and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 recent years' experience in mortgage loan processing (BROKER CHANNEL A MUST)
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations.
- Proficient in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
