Schedule information
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity in Fridley, MN. This is for the night-shift operations.
The schedules are as follows:
- - Wednesday–Saturday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Once trained, every other Saturday off
Additional Pay:
- ICP Bonus eligibility
- 10K sign-on bonus paid over the 1st year of employment
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nightly warehouse operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Resolve any operational issues that arise during the night shift.
- Prepare and submit nightly reports on productivity and inventory status.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
