Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements prior to scheduling tour for guests. Answer questions about facilities/services. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional. Welcome and acknowledge and guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
