Boeing Global Services (BGS) Engineering is seeking to hire an Experienced or Subject Matter Expert (SME) Customer Technical Training Specialist with hands‑on experience maintaining vertical lift aircraft - specifically CH‑47 Chinook and AH‑64 Apache platforms. This position is located in Mesa, AZ or Ridley Park, PA. Qualified candidates will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate technical learning solutions tailored to military helicopter maintenance personnel. You will work with customers and internal stakeholders to identify training needs, create course content and media, instruct advanced maintenance courses, and measure training effectiveness based on customer feedback to ensure operational readiness and flight safety.
You will primarily support our Vertical Lift Aircraft contracts with the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps. There may also be opportunities to assist with Air Dominance (tactical aircraft) and Mobility, Bombers, Surveillance Aircraft.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Experienced Level (Level 3): $85,000 to $123,050
Summary Pay Range for Subject Matter Expert (SME) Level (Level 4): $106,250 to $154,100
