We are seeking experienced Warehouse Order Selectors to join a fast-paced food service distribution environment. This is a high-productivity warehouse role where speed, accuracy, and safety are critical. Candidates must have experience operating an Electric Double Pallet Jack (Platform End-Rider) and be comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse setting.
FAST-PACED SELECTION ENVIRONMENT
You will be racing the clock in a high-volume food distribution warehouse handling heavy product and performance-driven production goals.
Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday
6:00 PM – Until Finished
(Typically around 6:00 AM)
Pay Rate:
$20.00/HR

️ Required Experience:
• Minimum 1 year experience operating an Electric Double Pallet Jack
(Platform End-Rider)
• Previous warehouse order selecting experience required
• Experience operating additional Material Handling Equipment (MHE) preferred
Position Summary:
Order Selectors are responsible for safely and accurately selecting product using voice-pick or scanning systems while operating electric pallet jacks and forklifts in multiple warehouse temperature environments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Use voice-activated headset systems and RF scanning technology for order selection
• Select and palletize products accurately according to order specifications
• Build and stage pallets for outbound shipping
• Maintain required productivity and selection rates
• Shrink-wrap pallets to secure product for transportation
• Safely transport completed pallets to designated dock staging areas
• Cross-train in loading, receiving, and replenishment duties as assigned
• Maintain warehouse safety and operational standards at all times
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work throughout the entire shift
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures from cool to warm environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse setting
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of Electric Pallet Jack/MHE experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures required
