Freshcoat painters of Lafayette is looking for Painters who will properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings, prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections, applying the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, complete the project within the allotted productivity time, resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.

Painters must demonstrate the following: Be Reliable and Dependable

Follow the work order

Be able to meet a deadline

Follow all Health and Safety Protocols

All Fresh Coat Painters are to complete a background check
