Proper Painting is hiring experienced professional painters ready to step into a leadership role and grow with our team.


We are not a typical painting company—we focus on craftsmanship, accountability, and delivering high-quality residential and commercial work across Bucks and Montgomery County.


What We’re Looking For

• 18+ months professional interior/exterior painting experience
• Experience in residential and/or commercial painting
• Strong work ethic: reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with ladders, scaffolding, and physical work

Required Skills

• Interior & exterior painting
• Surface prep: sanding, scraping, caulking, priming
• Brush, roll, and spray application
• Drywall repair (preferred)
• Lift experience (preferred)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (non-restricted)
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Able to pass a background check

Work Area


Projects are located throughout Bucks & Montgomery County, PA (residential + commercial).
