Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Draft pleadings.
- Draft letters.
- Prepare various documents to be filed with the Note of Issue documents.
- Draft statements of net worth and statements of proposed disposition.
- Prepare files for trial.
- Prepare submission documents.
- Special projects and assist in preparing motions, responses, PC documents.
- Manage and track all aspects of discovery for all cases to include: preparing D&I notices and responses, Interrogatories, review and catalog discovery documents received.
- Draft subpoenas and track responses .
- Assist in the preparation of trial binders and assemble trial evidence.
- Prepare real estate transfer documents, etc.
Salary range $70,000 - $85,000 annually base on experience, health benefits available, 401k and profit sharing plan
